The quality policy was defined by the Quality Committee and confirmed and approved by the Director of the Company. Any policy change must also be approved by the company director.
In that context, the director of the company BADURINI d.o.o. approved and obliged all company employees to adopt and implement the following:
- Satisfy our customers’ needs and expectations
- Make commitments we fully understand and believe we can meet
- Meet all commitments to customers on time
- Verify that our products and services meet agreed requirements
- Monitor, benchmark and continuously improve our business, products and services, organization and employees’ performance

The main role of the quality policy is to express the commitment of the company and the desire for the quality area and to define the principles of the quality management system.
Quality policy defines a framework for specifying specific quality objectives and provides guidance for future efforts for permanent improvement. The way in which quality policies are used to determine the quality goals are contained in this manual in Chapter 5.4, Quality Planning.
Quality policy has been published throughout the entire company and her role during general training organized for all employees. Quality policy is also passed on to buyers, customers and other interested parties. For this purpose, for its publication are used suitable resources, from bulletin boards in the company to the company’s website.
Quality policy is periodically evaluated on meetings on which it is consolidate which determine the quality system assessment. This is done to ensure the quality and relevance of quality policy.
